Welcome
Does life feel overwhelming after a big change? Are you worried about what may happen in the future? Have you experienced a loss and need a safe space to talk about it? Do you keep wondering if you’re a “good” parent? Are you and your partner continuing to have the same fight? Are you second-guessing yourself? Is it difficult to enjoy intimacy with others? Maybe you’re just feeling burnt out from daily tasks or you don’t want to deal with the other people in your life.
I can help. Growth often happens in tandem with difficult life transitions and this can impact your relationships. This is where I come in. I offer therapy that helps people understand themselves and their relationships. I work with couples, pregnancy, postpartum, maternal ambivalence, self-identified people-pleasers, people struggling with anxiety, as well as people interested in exploring their sexual intimacy in a nonjudgemental space. We work on challenges as a period of growth. We work on grief. We work on how your history is impacting your present.
I incorporate mindful and somatic exercises that teach you to decipher your body's messages so you can learn how to trust yourself. Before working as a therapist I was a doula and childbirth educator and I’m passionate about how life changes can transform one’s identity and relationships.
It’s my mission to help clients find agency while maintaining healthy relationships (with their partners, children, parents, and bosses).
