Welcome

Does life feel overwhelming after a big change? Are you uncertain of how your partnership can continue based on how disconnected you feel? Have you experienced a loss or heartbreak and need a safe space to talk about it? Are you frustrated because you continue to have the same fight with someone you love? Are you often second-guessing your decisions? Is it difficult to enjoy intimacy with others? Maybe you’re just feeling burnt out from daily tasks and fed up with the other people in your life?

I can help. Growth often happens in tandem with challenging life transitions, and this can impact your relationships. This is where I come in. I offer therapy that helps people understand themselves and others. I work with couples, pregnancy, postpartum, maternal ambivalence, loss, self-identified people-pleasers, people struggling with anxiety, as well as people interested in exploring their sexual intimacy in a nonjudgmental space. We work through challenges as a period of growth. We work with grief. We work on how your history is impacting your present. We work to not only understand how competent you are, but also apply your resilience and strengths to your daily life.

I incorporate mindful and somatic exercises that teach you to decipher your body's messages so you can learn how to trust yourself. Before working as a therapist, I was a doula and childbirth educator, and I’m passionate about how life changes can transform one’s identity and relationships.

It’s my mission to help clients find agency to accomplish their own goals while maintaining healthy relationships (with their partners, children, parents, and bosses).

Acknowledging grief is at the heart of my work with clients, as all healing is about recognizing and accepting some type of loss.
